Noemi Maldonado helps homeowners and investors navigate real estate with confidence. She is the Director of Home Solutions & Real Estate Investments at Malnoa Legacy Group, a women led company dedicated to creating positive change through property solutions. In this role, she specializes in buying homes quickly, offering fair deals, and creating win‑win outcomes. With over 18 years in human resources and leadership, Noemi brings a people‑first approach to every deal, guided by an investment philosophy centered on trust, strategic execution, and long‑term value. Whether acquiring properties, leading negotiations, or forming partnerships, she ensures the process is clear, consistent, and beneficial for everyone involved.

Raised in a large Puerto Rican family, her work is grounded in values like resilience, faith, and service. She’s traveled to over 15 countries and believes deeply in the power of connection.
